As part of my Ianto Project to create a  number of tools, I've created a function to compare an entry from a source to a target ACL. It looks at the levels, types, extended access and roles. Where I know it's not difficult to write this, I think it's helpful to have a function to do it. I think I'm done with the ACL part of Ianto - except for some UI work.
