'm a huge fan of podcasts. Today's BBC Business Daily talks about computer coding. It calls the computer the most important business tool ever invented (that's certainly true). It also discusses how we have to train the younger generations about coding some - or they will be users not programmers. The younger generation doesn't "fear" the computer for sure, but if they don't understand who to make it work.
It's actually the same for a lot of things. How many of us actually know how our car works? I fix my with a credit card and the garage down the street. 
The BBC has a great range of free podcasts out there. Take a cast around, there is a very good change you'll find something you like.
